Cloud Security Specialist (all genders)

As a Cloud Security Specialist (all genders), you are responsible for securing our IT systems in the cloud. You design, implement and monitor security measures for cloud-based infrastructures and applications to ensure that they meet the highest security standards. Your tasks include:

• Planning, implementation and maintenance of cloud security measures and processes
• Identification and analysis of security risks in cloud infrastructures
• Drafting security guidelines and standards for cloud environments
• Advising teams on security aspects of cloud solutions
• Monitoring and reporting of security events and threats in the cloud
• Conducting security audits and tests in the cloud
• Developing and implementing contingency plans in case of security incidents
• Collaborating with other IT security and infrastructure teams to ensure that cloud security is integrated into the overall IT security strategy

What distinguishes you

 MUST HAVE:

• Degree in computer science, information security or a related field
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
•  Experience in conducting security audits and tests
• Knowledge of IT security standards and procedures such as ISO 27001, NIST and CIS
• Experience in managing firewalls, network and access controls
• Excellent knowledge in security threat and risk analysis
• Fluent German and English skills

NICE TO HAVE:

• Several years of experience in cloud security and dealing with cloud security issues
• Strong communication skills and experience in advising teams on security aspects of cloud solutions
• Experience in software, banking, consulting
