As part of our agile delivery teams, you will take a key role in driving automation, reliability, and scalability across our systems. You will act as a subject matter expert in CI/CD, release strategies, and operational automation, helping us deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and securely.

Working alongside agile delivery teams, you will lead or support the following:

  • Lead and support environment management: installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Manage Git workflows and release processes: branch handling, conflict resolution, package creation.
  • Support our 2nd Level Operations team in incidents and change requests, and provide 3rd level expertise for complex issues.
  • Contribute to technical and functional documentation of systems and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain the tooling strategy across the TA business, evaluating and implementing new tools to support growth.
  • Collaborate with development leads to implement and enforce coding standards.

What distinguishes you

MUST HAVE:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and Windows.
  • 3+ years working with containerization (Docker), Git, Kafka, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
  • Proven track record of creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, Shell, or PowerShell).
  • Good knowledge of databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
