In this role, you will be responsible for strategic and operational HR work together with the five-person HR team and will be the central contact person for management. Your focus will be on recruiting and personnel development.

• Coordination of personnel requirements with specialist departments and management
• Advice on role profiles and job advertisements
• Conducting structured interviews
• Management of personnel service providers
• Planning, management and budgeting of training and further education needs
• Consulting, support and training of managers
• Further development of a role, title and talent architecture

• Several years of experience in a senior HR function
• In-depth expertise in personnel development and recruiting
• Experience in working with management, executives and works councils
• Structured, independent and pragmatic way of working
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills and implementation orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and good English
