IT Service Coordinator (all genders)

As a dedicated IT Service Coordinator (all genders), you will be the central flow master in our SaaS team and build the bridge between projects and operations. Your focus will be on ensuring a predictable, efficient workflow (Kanban) and coordinating service delivery for our SaaS financial services solutions. 

• Flow Master and Gatekeeper: You are the guardian of the Kanban process and enforce the WIP limits as well as the Ready criteria
• Deployment & Planning: You manage, plan and control all deployment requests of the team to ensure a smooth transition to operations
• Capacity management: You will monitor the capacities of the team and actively request deliveries (e.g. milestones, documentation, acceptances) of projects that are to be transferred to operations
• Impediment removal: You remove organizational and procedural obstacles (impediments) that slow down the workflow
• Administration: You will be responsible for the triage, prioritization and administration of all incoming tickets
• Reporting: You will create and maintain detailed flow metrics and process documentation to ensure transparency and ensure compliance

What distinguishes you

MUST HAVE:

• You have an apprenticeship or a degree (e.g. IT management, business informatics) or have comparable, several years of experience in process and service management
• You have in-depth knowledge of agile frameworks (Kanban) and the application of flow metrics for process control
• You have already gained experience in IT service management (e.g. incident, change, release) and have experienced handling of ticket systems
• You are experienced in managing deployment processes and coordinating deliveries from projects
• Proactive action and strong communication skills characterize you in order to remove obstacles and protect the team flow as a flow master
• You communicate fluently in German and English

NICE TO HAVE:

• You have a certification in ITIL, Kanban or as a Scrum Master
• You have knowledge of reporting tools for creating dashboards and flow metrics
• You have experience in a financial services company
• You are characterized by analytical thinking skills and experience in finding solutions to process problems
