  • Coordination & Interface: Management and coordination of all marketing and PR measures with external agencies as well as internal stakeholders
  • Content management: Briefings, reviews and approval processes for content (website, PR, social media, campaigns)
  • Project management: Planning, implementation and controlling of marketing projects, including budget and resource management
  • Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Support in the development and implementation of digital lead gen strategies in a B2B enterprise sales context
  • Social Media: Maintaining and developing our LinkedIn presence and other relevant channels
  • Event & PR: Support in the organisation of industry events, trade fairs and specialist conferences
  • Reporting & Analytics: Tracking and reporting of the most important marketing KPIs for continuous optimization

What distinguishes you

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B/enterprise environment
  • Agency experience or in-house marketing in a technology-driven company (FinTech/Financial Services is an advantage)
  • Very good project management and organizational skills
  • Linguistically adept – fluent in German and English (written and speaking)
  • Experience with social media in a B2B context (esp. LinkedIn)
  • Know-how in Digital lead generation and marketing automation
  • High affinity for technology and financial topics
  • Hands-on mentality, initiative and enjoyment of coordination
