- Coordination & Interface: Management and coordination of all marketing and PR measures with external agencies as well as internal stakeholders
- Content management: Briefings, reviews and approval processes for content (website, PR, social media, campaigns)
- Project management: Planning, implementation and controlling of marketing projects, including budget and resource management
- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Support in the development and implementation of digital lead gen strategies in a B2B enterprise sales context
- Social Media: Maintaining and developing our LinkedIn presence and other relevant channels
- Event & PR: Support in the organisation of industry events, trade fairs and specialist conferences
- Reporting & Analytics: Tracking and reporting of the most important marketing KPIs for continuous optimization
What distinguishes you
- 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B/enterprise environment
- Agency experience or in-house marketing in a technology-driven company (FinTech/Financial Services is an advantage)
- Very good project management and organizational skills
- Linguistically adept – fluent in German and English (written and speaking)
- Experience with social media in a B2B context (esp. LinkedIn)
- Know-how in Digital lead generation and marketing automation
- High affinity for technology and financial topics
- Hands-on mentality, initiative and enjoyment of coordination
