Effective Field

In your role as an intern (all genders), you will support the valantic FSA legal team in various exciting areas. Your tasks include:

- Support in the digitization and analysis of contract documents

- Participation in the development of a contract management system

- Revision of contract templates

- Preparation of non-disclosure agreements and service contracts

- Participation in the development and design of a legal know-how platform

- Taking on internal legal sub-projects, e.g. design of legal processes and conception of the legal intranet presence

What distinguishes you

Must Have:

• You are studying law or a comparable field
• You like to proactively contribute your own ideas and accompany topics from start to finish
• A structured and organized way of working as well as strong analytical skills
• Fluent German and English
• Basic understanding of the contract management of a company as well as the function of the legal department

Nice to Have:

• Ideally first practical experience in the field of contract law or IT law
• Knowledge of process design and process optimization
