- New customer business, leadgen. until the conclusion of the contract
- Strategic expansion and new business of existing customers in the Paymentshub environment
- Establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships as a central contact person
- Identification of upselling and cross-selling potentials
- Implement account management plans in collaboration with internal teams
- Maintain customer and sales data in Salesforce
- Coordination of contract, billing and renewal issues
- Analysis of customer feedback, reporting and KPI tracking
- Escalation and management of customer concerns
What distinguishes you
- Completed business or technical studies or comparable experience
- Several years of experience in sales, account management or business development, ideally in the payments or financial services environment
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical, structured and customer-oriented way of working
- Very good knowledge of English, plus one of the languages from French, German, Italian, Spanish, (in addition German is a plus)
