Effective Field

  • New customer business, leadgen. until the conclusion of the contract
  • Strategic expansion and new business of existing customers in the Paymentshub environment
  • Establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships as a central contact person
  • Identification of upselling and cross-selling potentials
  • Implement account management plans in collaboration with internal teams
  • Maintain customer and sales data in Salesforce
  • Coordination of contract, billing and renewal issues
  • Analysis of customer feedback, reporting and KPI tracking
  • Escalation and management of customer concerns

What distinguishes you

  • Completed business or technical studies or comparable experience
  • Several years of experience in sales, account management or business development,  ideally in the payments or financial services environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical, structured and customer-oriented way of working
  • Very good knowledge of English, plus one of the languages from French, German, Italian, Spanish, (in addition German is a plus)
