AI Automation Specialist - Service Delivery & Infrastructure (all genders)

Effective Field

• You are part of the Automation Team and develop, build, and operate AI-powered solutions that meaningfully reduce the workload of the Service Desk and IT Infrastructure teams at valantic.
• You implement Anthropic- and M365-based AI workflows in production – from automated ticket classification and Copilot integrations to agent-driven processes in IT operations.
• You build and maintain low-code/no-code automations using tools like n8n, Power Automate, or similar platforms – pragmatic, maintainable, and close to the people who use them.
• You take ownership of use cases from idea to production – independently, without lengthy concept loops.
• You work closely with Service Desk and Infrastructure colleagues, understand their pain points, and translate them directly into working automations.
• You actively stay up to date on new developments in AI and automation and bring relevant ideas and impulses to the team.

What distinguishes you

• You have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or service delivery and know how operations really work.
• You are comfortable in Microsoft 365 Enterprise environments – ideally including Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID, or comparable M365 workloads.
• You have already built AI or automation solutions – whether with Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, n8n, or similar tools.
• You understand the fundamentals of modern AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows) and know where they add real value – and where they don’t.
• Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, or similar) is a plus.
• You communicate clearly, work in a structured way, and can explain complex technical topics in an accessible manner.
