What distinguishes you

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• Experience:
  • Mid-Level: 3–6 years of professional experience.
  • Senior: 6+ years of experience with a proven track record in designing, deploying, and operating data-driven models and analytics solutions that generate measurable business impact.
• Proficient in Python, data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost), SQL, machine learning (supervised/unsupervised), feature engineering, model validation, interpretability (SHAP, LIME), MLOps (MLflow, Metaflow), model deployment, statistics, A/B testing, visualization and insights generation, communication.
• Practical experience with cloud ML environments (Azure, AWS), containerized and serverless deployments, infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
• Solid foundation in software engineering principles, writing clean, modular, and maintainable code, and engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, observability, as well as agile methodologies.
• Experience with relational/NoSQL databases; knowledge of GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Spring AI) and techniques like prompt engineering or semantic search; routine use of AI-assisted coding tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong team player with excellent intercultural communication skills.
