Effective Field

  • Monitor the SAP project portfolio across full‑cycle implementations, rollouts, carve‑outs, redesigns, upgrades, integrations, and lift‑and‑shift initiatives.
  • Create, maintain, and consolidate dashboards and reports using Excel, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Triskell, and SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Track functional and technical KPIs; manage risks, issues, dependencies, and cutovers; define and drive mitigation plans.
  • Ensure strict alignment with the SAP Activate methodology.
  • Control progress and performance versus scope, schedule, profitability/cost, and quality targets.
  • Keep core project documentation up to date: Business Blueprint, Workbooks, Test Scripts, and Cutover Plans.
  • Prepare and run governance routines: steering committees, executive reporting, design workshops, status sessions, sign‑offs, and handover management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional and technical teams (Basis, ABAP, Integrations, SuccessFactors, HCM, Cloud ALM, Signavio).
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, audit requirements, and ITIL processes where applicable.

What distinguishes you

  • Previous experience as PMO or Project Management (2 to 3 years).
  • Degree in Management, Engineering or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel, Triskell, Cloud ALM, Sharepoint, Power BI, etc.
  • General knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and/or SAP HCM.
  • Certifications (PMI, Prince2, SAP Activate PM, Agile, ITIL, CSPO, PRINCE, etc.) are a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with project management methods (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Analytical skills, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to read and understand functional/technical documents.
  • Strong organisation, critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Dynamic and proactive ability to define solutions.
  • Be highly skilled with English language, verbal and written mode.
  • Be available to travel.
