Effective Field

  • Fiori development:
    • Design, development, and maintenance of modern Fiori applications based on SAP UI5.
    • Creation and optimization of OData services for front-end and back-end integration.
    • Customization and extension of existing Fiori applications according to customer specifications.
  • Back-end development:
    • Development of ABAP and ABAP OO solutions.
  • Consulting and support:
    • Direct customer support from specification and development to go-live.
    • Conducting workshops and coordinating requirements.
  • New technologies:
    • RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model) knowledge is an advantage.
    • SAP BTP knowledge (e.g., Integration Suite, Workflow Management, CAP) is an advantage.

What distinguishes you

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Management Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.
  • Several years of experience in SAP development, ideally with a focus on Fiori (UI5, ODataservices, gateway).
  • Very good knowledge of ABAP/ABAP OO, ideally RAP.
  • Experience with SAP BTP or other innovative SAP technologies.
  • Independent and structured way of working.
  • Direct communication with customers in a 1:1 situation.
  • Be highly skilled with the German (min. B2) and English (min. B2) language, in both verbal and written mode.
  • To enjoy challenges, both in the technical field, as well in the business process field; and to deal well with complex situations involving people.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Have an interactive personality, important for sharing knowledge, learning and exchanging information with teammates and clients.
