SAP Payroll (PY-PT) Consultant (all genders)

Effective Field

• Support and optimize SAP Portuguese Payroll solutions
• Participate in implementation and transformation projects
• Analyse and resolve payroll issues and support tickets
• Collaborate with local and international teams
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices

What distinguishes you

• Degree in Management, Human Resources, Information Systems or a related field – or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Portuguese Payroll (PY-PT)
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM On-Premise, knowledge in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is a plus
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: implementation projects, AMS/support activities, incident & ticket handling, enhancements and payroll maintenance
• Be highly skilled with Portuguese and English language, verbal and written mode
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, integrations/interfaces and payroll legal reporting is a plus
• To enjoy challenges, both in the technical field as well as in the business process field; and to deal with complex situations involving people
• Have a strong sense of responsibility
