  • As a Senior Consultant (all genders), you will support existing and future supply chain structures at our customers with a focus on resilience and planning
  • You will work in the areas of series start-ups, supply assurance in production and logistics as well as in digitization projects
  • In supply-critical situations, you quickly ensure transparency in the operational processes and structures in order to support our customers and their suppliers
  • You play a leading role in problem analysis and develop, coordinate and implement appropriate measures
  • You will also be responsible for conducting workshops and meetings at customer sites or remotely
  • As a mentor you support your colleagues in their projects

What distinguishes you

  • You have successfully completed a degree (economics, business administration, digital technologies) and have at least 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in employee management
  • You convince with excellent communication skills, an independent way of working, enthusiasm and team spirit
  • You have good moderation and presentation skills
  • You are willing to travel throughout Europe
  • You are fluent in German and English
