Effective Field

  • Lead the planning and implementation of (large-scale) SAP PLM projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives. 

  • Conduct detailed requirement analysis and create design documents that cater to complex business needs. 

  • Configure and customize SAP PLM modules as per project requirements. 

  • Engage with key stakeholders to facilitate communication and meetings to drive project success. 

  • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP PLM, providing guidance and best practices to clients and the internal team. 

  • Oversee the quality of deliverables and ensure they meet or exceed client expectations. 

What distinguishes you

  • Ideally 6+ years of experience in SAP PLM implementations with a proven track record of successful project delivery 

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle, especially in process industry 

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Highly desired Tech Stack: SAP RM, SAP RD, SAP PLM (on BTP, former SAP EPD), SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, product lifecycle management (former SAP EPF/EPE)
