  • As a Senior Process Consultant (all genders), you will be responsible for defining the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain processes for one of our leading clients in the sportswear industry

  • You will skillfully use your strong communication skills in the design and moderation of workshops and play a key role in accompanying our client on the path to digital transformation

  • With your strong consulting and communication skills, you play a key role in the project and bring together the different perspectives of the stakeholders to create a coherent E2E process

  • You identify potential for improvement in organizational workflows, business processes and the underlying IT architecture and thus make a significant contribution to the success of our customers

  • With the help of your leadership skills, you ensure the success of the project and the achievement of the defined milestones

  • As a link between IT and business, you translate complex requirements into feasible and practical concepts

  • In addition, you will continuously develop our product portfolio and work closely with our SAP experts

What distinguishes you

  • You have several years of experience in process consulting and/or planning (S&OP) in an international organization specifically tailored to the fashion industry
  • You have already worked with various SAP IBP modules (IBP for Demand, IBP for Inventory Optimization, IBP for Response and Supply)
  • Your above-average facilitation skills enable you to effectively involve and integrate different stakeholders in both individual and team meetings
  • You skillfully use your leadership skills to drive critical decisions in all process-related areas
  • You have already given presentations to senior management and communicate confidently at all levels
  • You impress with your proactive, independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • You are characterized by a strong customer focus, willingness to learn and infectious enthusiasm
  • You are willing to travel and speak fluent German and English
