- Leadership & Engagement: In your role as Director Sales (all genders), you will lead and develop a dedicated sales team that is largely responsible for the sales success of SAP Public Cloud. In your role, you will report directly to our management in the SAP ERP consulting environment.
- Project Acquisition & Sales: You will design and implement innovative sales strategies and thus make a valuable contribution to achieving the company's goals. In addition, you will cultivate trusting relationships and partnerships with our customers and play a key role in the strategic acquisition of new customers. With the help of your extensive expertise in SAP Public Cloud and the licensing business, you will provide our customers with professional advice, analyse requirements and develop tailor-made offer concepts. You will manage SAP Public Cloud transformation projects with a budget volume of between 500 KEUR and 10 MEUR.
- Network & Licence business: You maintain trusting relationships with key people in the SAP Public Cloud sector and in the licence business and are committed to constantly expanding your network.

- SAP Public Cloud & Sales Expertise: You have extensive experience and a deep understanding of the SAP Public Cloud and provide our customers with expert advice to make them fit for the transformation to the Public Cloud. In your last role, you achieved demonstrable success in the public cloud environment and have a clear sales track record. With the help of your analytical skills, you develop strong and innovative sales strategies and implement them successfully.
- Communication & negotiation skills: Your excellent communication skills in German and English as well as your strong negotiation skills in stakeholder management enable you to successfully manage and implement the complete end-to-end sales cycle.
- Leadership & responsibility: In your role, you act as an important role model for our sales employees and are characterised by your positive and visionary mindset as well as a committed and responsible way of working. You will also actively contribute your experience in leading an SAP sales team and in key account management.
