  • Assist in identifying and developing sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and initial outreach (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns).
  • Support the sales process, including preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with senior sales executives to manage the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular updates to the sales team.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

What distinguishes you

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and client relationship management.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in ERP systems, especially SAP (training will be provided).
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English. German fluency is a nice to have.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • An eagerness to learn and develop in a sales role.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
