SAP EWM Consultant / Senior Consultant (all genders)

Effective Field

• Design, implementation, testing, training and deployment of new solutions (functionalities/reports/processes) in SAP logistics areas;
• Execution of rollouts in the SAP logistics area for new companies
• Translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Training users of the new functionalities and processes in the logistics areas
• Management and maintenance of tickets for SAP logistical areas, as well as analysis and resolution of errors/bugs
• Develop and maintain all necessary documentation for the various solutions implemented and ensure that IT Support has everything ready to provide 1st line support to users
• Support the project management team in projects undertaken by external entities in the Logistics components
• Support the system administration team in the necessary tests within the scope of upgrades/upgrades
• Research and present practical and innovative solutions to the various problems, always with the aim of maximising SAP and S/4HANA standard solutions

What distinguishes you

• Higher education in Industrial Management Engineering, Computer Management Engineering or similar;
• Minimum experience of 2 years as SAP EWM consultant (embedded or decentralized), 1 full cycle projects and experience in SAP S/4HANA;
• Solid command of core EWM processes: inbound, putaway, picking, outbound, inventory management, warehouse structures and waves
• Knowledge of EWM integration with MM, SD and PP
• Experience in requirements workshops, configuration, testing and go-live
• Ability to write functional specifications
• S/4HANA experience and troubleshooting of integration errors (e.g., message monitor, queues)
• Nice to have knowledge in EWM integration with TM (Transportation Management): freight orders, transportation planning, integration with inbound and outbound processes, dock and staging management
• Nice to have experience in the Automotive sector and its logistics processes (JIT/JIS supply, kanban, packaging and container management, traceability)
• Nice to have experience with MFS (Material Flow System) and warehouse automation (PLC, conveyors, AS/RS)
• Nice to have experience with RF/mobile and warehouse equipment integration
• Nice to have experience with EDI/ASN and OEM customer requirements (e.g., VDA)
• Nice to have knowledge of QM (warehouse inspection) and legacy WM
• Nice to have SAP certification in EWM
• Be able to communicate and negotiate successfully in Portuguese and English;
