Strategic Finance & Controlling (all genders)

Effective Field

• As Strategic Finance & Controlling, you will be part of our team and provide support across all finance-related topics as well as controlling areas
• You will contribute to the preparation of the monthly group reporting
• You will support the financial integration of newly acquired entities
• You will actively contribute to strategic projects in the finance area (e.g., liquidity planning, factoring)
• You will assist in the preparation of ad hoc analyses for the Finance team and valantic Management
• You will take ownership of projects as part of our ongoing efforts to further automate finance processes

What distinguishes you

• You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study, and bring 1–3 years of professional experience in controlling, finance, or accounting
• You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• You have experience using LLMs and AI tools in your daily work
• You work independently, are solution-oriented and reliable, and integrate well into existing teams
• You possess strong analytical skills but never lose sight of the big picture
• You have a confident, friendly, and authentic manner
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• You communicate fluently in English (Level C2)
