At valantic LT, part of the wider valantic group, you will take ownership of the full local people function in Lithuania. This role covers day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee support, and the continuous improvement of people-related processes.
You will be responsible for contracts, onboarding, absences, documentation, and compliance, while also supporting hiring needs and acting as the first point of contact for employees on people topics. Working closely with local management, you will help shape the employee experience and adapt internal routines to business needs in a growing ~20 people team.
This is a hands-on role with broad responsibility, combining operational reliability with people-focused initiatives and close collaboration with leadership.
What distinguishes you
You are comfortable being the sole People & Operations partner and enjoy having full ownership rather than narrow specialization. You have a broad HR skill set that spans operations, recruitment, employee support, and process improvement.
You bring a solid understanding of Lithuanian HR fundamentals, work in a structured and compliant way, and know how to prioritize without overcomplicating things. You communicate confidently, build trust easily, and feel at ease working in English within an international environment.
Most importantly, you like making things work in practice and adapting solutions to real business needs.
