We are looking for finance experts who want to rethink planning processes with us and implement them in Anaplan.

Do you understand accounting principles and controlling processes from your own experience and develop new, future-proof planning processes for our clients based on this? Are you not just an analyst but a creator? Do you enjoy working cross-functionally, in agile projects, and can translate business requirements into technical solutions?

Then this could be your new role:

• You develop new financial processes with clients in the areas of FP&A, personnel planning, investment calculation, or corporate consolidation
• You translate these requirements into structured user stories and Anaplan-capable model logics, from architecture to rollout
• You take responsibility for the end-to-end implementation of Anaplan solutions, including testing, training, change enablement, and go-live
• You explain the relationships between P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and derive driver-based, sustainable planning models from them
• You work in an agile setup together with clients, project teams, and implementers
• You lead workshops, develop financial concepts, actively model in Anaplan, and ensure the solution is convincing both professionally and technically
• You develop and present demos to (potential) clients
• You bring new ideas, coach juniors, shape methods, and enjoy questioning standards

What distinguishes you

• Several years of professional experience in finance, controlling, accounting, or FP&A. You know how planning, reporting, and ideally consolidation really work
• Excellent understanding of accounting, planning processes, and their interrelations. P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow are not just buzzwords to you
• Experience with Anaplan (ideally including model building) or a strong willingness to specialize in it
• You enjoy working in a structured and iterative manner, can write user stories, and prioritize requirements
• Very good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and Power Query - everything that helps you build the bridge between business and IT
• Strong communication skills. You can convey professional content, lead workshops, and make complex topics tangible
• Fluent in German and English

• Your actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience. It is important to us that we offer all employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we state the annual minimum salary for full-time employment according to the current IT collective agreement, which for this position is €44.450 (ST1)
